J + E’s engagement photoshoot was nothing short of dreamy, perfect, warm & (yes, admittedly) very wet & sandy too, lol!

My biggest goal when capturing anyone’s love story is to make them feel as comfortable as possible, so that I can snap moments that unfold authentically and in a form that is raw and real.

I love those moments that live in between the poses and prompts—when their hair may be messy and “out-of-place”, I love images that hold movement, when smiles reach the eyes.

I love images that feel un-forced.

I hope you enjoy some of my favorite shots from this engagement session. We started the photoshoot at Ecola Viewpoint along the Oregon Coast and ended the photoshoot at Indian Beach (just a short 5 minute drive from where we started).

One thing I adore about this location is how drastically the scenery changes even though they are so close together, super ideal to get some different looks!
